What data we collect and why

When you book, we process your name, phone number, e-mail, pick-up and destination addresses, ride date, flight number and invoice details. We use them to carry out the ride, contact you about it and issue accounting documents.

• handling enquiries and pursuing claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Who we share data with

The data is used by the drivers carrying out the ride and by our service providers: website hosting, booking system, e-mail, SMS gateway and online payment operators. We do not sell data.

How long we keep data

Booking data is kept for the period required by tax law, and enquiry data until the matter is closed or claims become time-barred.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies

The website uses cookies necessary for the booking form and payments. Analytics and marketing cookies are only stored after you consent in the cookie banner.
