Can I book a ride for today?
Online at the latest 6 hours before a pick-up in the Tri-City and 24 hours before a pick-up further away. For shorter notice, please call.
How do I give my flight number?
There is a „Flight number” field in the contact details step. It lets the driver adjust to the actual landing time.
Can I change the time after booking?
Yes. Write to kontakt@cichex.pl or call us with the booking number from your confirmation.
Prefer to book by phone?
